Fish bowl packaging is in its infancy, but it's becoming commonplace enough to warrant its own description. Fish bowl packaging allows a buyer to look at the action figure in its package from almost every angle possible. In fact, fish bowl packaging is designed so that a collector doesn't even need to remove the figure from its package to display it attractively. Like boxed action figures, fish bowl packaging cannot be hung on pegs like blister or clamshell packaged action figures. However, because of the dimensions of a fishbowl packaged, several figures can usually be stacked on top of one another, something that's appealing for retailers.
