This checklist of the G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra vehicles for the 3.75" line of movie action figures should help collectors keep track of which vehicles they want, which ones they already have and possibly introduce a vehicle in the line you didn't know was out there.
When Hasbro released the original 3.75" line of G.I. Joe figures in 1982, they had envisioned the line as more of a vehicle and playset driven line of toys, which in some ways it was, but it would be the plethora of interesting characters that would ultimately drive sales for the toy line.
Still, any G.I. Joe line would be incomplete without a battalion of cool vehicles in which the action figures can take to the land, sea or air. Note that almost all of the vehicles come with an action figure exclusive to that vehicle. Included figures are listed along with the vehicle name in parentheses.

Notes About the Pit Mobile Headquarters
It should be mentioned that the largest of the vehicles, the Pit Mobile Headquarters, is not only a vehicle, but also a play set. The vehicle can transform via swing-out panels to access the inner compartments of the vehicle, which puts it into "play set" mode, double as a base of operations for the G.I. Joe team. Keeping this in mind, depending on where a collector seeks information on this particular toy, it may be listed as either a "vehicle" or a "play set."
