Dogs may be man's best friend, but a mystery-solving dog's best friend is the equally yellow-bellied hippie teenager, known simply as "Shaggy."
Shaggy alone rivals Scooby insatiable hunger and many episodes of the cartoon show Shaggy and Scooby devouring table-fulls of food. If shaggy is equally glutinous, he's just as equal in his cowardice. It makes one wonder why they went into the mystery solving business in the first place. Most teenagers spend their weekend nights at parties and these kids run around chasing ghosts and shivering through every minute of it.
