Most collectors think buying action figures is just a simple process without much in the way of strategy. But collectors who aren't taking full advantage of all the various techniques and considerations that make buying a better experience are missing out.

October's Tip: Start thinking about how you're buying figures, not just which figures you're buying. Small things like waiting for sales, asking if figures are in the back, and checking paint applications at the store are small steps which will result in a much cheaper, cleaner, and more expansive collection.
