The brick-and-mortar stores like Toys R Us and Target may be picked over and you might have trouble finding any new action figures that you want to add to your collection, items that these stores stocked up on during the holidays are going to be discounted. Target is especially notorious for getting rid of holiday items at all costs, and you may be able to score some Target exclusive items for as much as 70 or 80 percent off in a few weeks' time.
